The Bees traveled to Cleveland Shaw on Monday night for a non-league game and defeated the Cardinals, 47-40. Medina used a strong opening quarter and made key plays down the stretch to earn the win.

Delaney Cullen led the Bees with 15 points and a career-high 8 rebounds while Lindsey Linard tallied 10 points / 8 rebounds (career-highs) after being inserted into the starting lineup. Amanda Holzman chipped in 7 points / 6 rebounds and Katie Neate added 5 crucial free throws. Off the bench, Abby Teske scored a pair of baskets while Alexa Nau and Avaya Stockman-Bell each gave the team a huge boost en route to the victory.

The Bees are now 8-12 and host Shaker Heights on Wednesday.
